Max is an Industrial Officer with trade union United Voice and serves as Policy Director for Interns Australia. He has worked across the trade union movement in areas including campaigns, research and advocacy. Having completed multiple unpaid internships and through his work with Interns Australia, Max understands the importance of improving the legal framework around internships to prevent young people from being exploited and creating a fairer playing field for interns regardless of their socio-economic background.
