1. NENA PARTICIPATORY BUDGET GROUP - DRAFT GUIDELINES - OPEN FOR MEMBER INPUT
NENA aims to be as participatory as possible in its governance structure, allowing for a range of ways to be involved. This includes NENA's budget process. NENA's Participatory Budget Group has developed a draft guideline for how NENA and it's members will develop the annual budget, raise funds, allocate funds and more. We invite all NENA members to participate in the development of these guidelines. There are three options available:

2. CALL OUT FOR NEW MEMBERS
The NENA Participatory Budget Group is seeking 2 individual members and 2 organisational members to participate in the group.
The Participatory Budget Group works cooperatively with the members and the Board to implement develop and facilitate NENA's participatory budget approach, ensure funding is raised from sources that align with the purpose and primary activities of the co-operative and provide general advice to the Board about core funding priorities for the annual budget for the co-operative.
